The Builder
The developer and builder of Claybrook is River’s Edge Associates LLC. Principals of River’s Edge are Peter Kahn and Brett Bartlett.
Peter began designing has built homes in all price ranges throughout northwestern Vermont. You will find him on site almost every day. Peter takes pride in delivering well-constructed homes of exceptional form, function, and value. He believes in details, a clean work site, and air sealing!
As a third generation Vermont builder, Brett practically grew up on the jobsite. Well versed in heavy equipment, Brett heads up the sitework at Claybrook. Brett brings his years of experience to tackle the installation of infrastructure, finish grade, and landscaping.
